GREGG W. BITTNER

Gregg W. Bittner attended Indiana University where he obtained degrees in  Political Science and Germanic Studies in 1982 and a Juris Doctor of Law in 1985. During law school at Indiana University, Mr. Bittner worked in the trust Department of Indiana National Bank and for Murphy, McAtee and Costanza, a  plaintiff litigation firm,  as a law clerk.

In February 1986, Mr. Bittner continued his legal career practicing bankruptcy and family law founding  BITTNER LAW OFFICES.

Since 1986, Mr. Bittner has effectively represented approximately 7,000 clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings and has represented several creditors in various collection and bankruptcy actions. Mr. Bittner has also successfully represented approximately 5,000 clients in divorce  and family law matters.

Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Bittner worked as an accountant for a big 8 accounting firm called Peat Marwick where he handled accounting and tax matters.

Mr. Bittner has lived in Peoria, Illinois since 1984 and in his spare time, enjoys bicycle riding, running and spending time with his friends and family.
